Events in My Family Tree: January 6

Gee, get off schedule one day and it tries to stay with you.  I should have posted this last night but I conked out early.  On the other hand, I've noticed that multiple generations of the William Ledger Allens really seem to have an affinity for January.

Births

Elizabeth Gaunt, daughter of Joseph Gaunt and Elizabeth Bolton, was born January 6, 1770 in New Jersey.  She is my 4th great-grandaunt.

Sarah J. Gaskill was born January 6, 1847.  She was married to Samuel Eckman, the grandfather of my grandaunt Bertha Poinsett Eckman and granduncle Edwin Bunting Eckman.

Mattie Sellers, daughter of William H. Sellers and Nancy L. Derr, was born January 6, 1870.  She is my 4th cousin 3x removed.

Anita Gladys Gauntt was born January 6, 1964 in New Jersey.  She is my 2nd cousin.

Bonnie Sue Allen was born January 6, 1967.  She is my 5th cousin once removed.

Dustin Lore
Dustin Tryce Lore was born January 6, 1971 in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware.  He is my 1st cousin once removed.

Samuel Lieff was born January 6, 1973 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.  He is my 3rd cousin.

Samuel Harrison Weinstein-Smith was born January 6, 2007 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.  He is my 4th cousin once removed.


Marriages

Maurice H. Horn and Margaret E. Gauntt were married on January 6, 1933 in Burlington, Burlington County, New Jersey.  She is my 3rd cousin once removed.

David M. Fitsimmons and Jacqueline Allen were married on January 6, 1966.  She is my 5th cousin once removed on my Gauntt line through the Allens.

William Ledger Allen, Jr. and Theresa Chalander were married on January 6, 1973.  He is also my 5th cousin once removed.


Deaths

Anna Gaunt, daughter of Lewis Cass Gaunt and Mary A. Kindlesparker, died January 6, 1952 in Indiana at the age of 70.  She is my 3rd cousin 3x removed.
