Events in My Family Tree: April 19

Wow, after several days with only a few items, suddenly April 19 is a flurry of activity!  I wonder if statistics can explain the randomness of which days have more events and which have less.

Births

Charles Fox, son of Emanuel Fox and Anna Margarethe Mack, was born April 19, 1803, probably in Germantown, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.  He is my 4th-great-granduncle.

Lucinda Mack, daughter of John Mack and Mary Woolsey, was born April 19, 1834 near Brownsville, Licking County, Ohio.  She is my 3rd cousin 4x removed.

Edwin Francis Sellers, son of William H. Sellers and Nancy L. Derr, was born April 19, 1858 in Pennsylvania, probably in Bucks County.  He is my 4th cousin 3x removed.

Frederick Cleworth Dunstan, son of Frederick Cleworth Dunstan and Martha Winn, was born April 19, 1859 in Chorlton upon Medlock, Manchester, Lancashire, England.  He is my great-granduncle.

Dorothy Adelle Allen, daughter of Charles Louis Allen and Marion M. Lauringer, was born April 19, 1916 in Bordentown, Burlington County, New Jersey.  She is my 5th cousin on my Gauntt line through the Allens.

Joan Evelyn Mantell, daughter of Harold Yorkes Mantell and Gladys Mabel Allen, was born April 19, 1939 in New Jersey, probably in Burlington County.  She is my 5th cousin once removed on my Gauntt line through the Allens.

Ruth Anne Appleton, daughter of Chester Lewis Appleton, Jr. and Ruth Carrie Stradling, was born April 19, 1941 in Trenton, Mercer County, New Jersey.  She is my 1st cousin on my Gauntt line through the Stradlings.

James Rox Clark, son of Oren Wilson Clark, Jr. and Adeline Pearson, was born April 19, 1942.  He is my 5th cousin once removed on my Gauntt line through the Clarks.

Twins Joyce Rene and Baby Girl Render, daughters of Bertram Ruthledge Render and Ruth Schumeister, were born April 19, 1946 in Ramsey County, Minnesota.  They are my 4th cousins on my Nowicki line through the Schumeisters.

Harris Brainin, son of Sydney Brainin and Selma B. Lubin, was born April 19, 1950 in Manhattan, New York County, New York.  He is my 2nd cousin once removed.

Robert Jay Furman, son of Leon Furman and Evelyn Buzen, was born April 19, 1952 in Brooklyn, Kings County, New York.  He is my 2nd cousin on my Meckler line through the Furmans.

Susan Lipstein, daughter of Seymour Lipstein and Ruth Pollack, was born April 19, 1953, probably in New York City.  She is my 2nd cousin once removed on my Brainin line through the Pollacks.

Deborah Clark, daughter of Charles Robert Clark and Dorthea Virginia Lynch, was born April 19, 1955 in Indiana.  She is my 5th cousin once removed on my Gauntt line through the Clarks.

Stephen Randell was born April 19, 1964, possibly in Massachusetts.  He is the 3rd cousin of my half-sister Laurie Sellers.


Marriages

Thomas Githens and Mary Gaunt, daughter of John Gaunt and Mary Kinsey, were married on April 19, 1816 in New Jersey.  Mary is my 1st cousin 5x removed.

William B. Sellers, son of John Leonard Sellers and Elizabeth Wenger, and Sarah J. Buchanan were married on April 19, 1863 in Auglaize County, Ohio.  William is my 3rd cousin 4x removed.

Edward Harry Gauntt, son of Mark Lewallen Gauntt and May Ethyl Lake, and Marie Gloria T. Schaefer were married on April 19, 1946 in Moorestown, Burlington County, New Jersey.  Edward is my 4th cousin once removed.

Wayne Clark, son of Oren Wilson Clark, Jr. and Adeline Pearson, and Evelyn A. Sawyer were married on April 19, 1968, on Wayne's brother's James' birthday (above).  Wayne, like James, is my 5th cousin once removed on my Gauntt line through the Clarks.

Joseph Pintex and Carole Mich, daughter of Francis Mich and Janet Edna Weaver, were married on April 19, 1980, possibly in New Jersey.  Carole is also my 5th cousin once removed on my Gauntt line, but through the Weavers.

Edward Gathright Fraser and Amy Elizabeth Addis, daughter of Robert Trenary Addis and Virginia Claire Votaw, were married on April 19, 1986 in Bon Air, Chesterfield County, Virginia.  Amy is my 6th cousin on my Gauntt line through the Votaws.


Deaths

Lucinda Mack, daughter of John Mack and Mary Woolsey, died April 19, 1857, on her birthday, at the age of 23.  She is my 3rd cousin 4x removed.

Charles Gaunt, son of David Gaunt and Pamela Plummer, died April 19, 1911 at the age of 81, probably in Camden County, New Jersey.  He is my 2nd cousin 4x removed.

Harriet Prickett died April 19, 1921 at the age of 82 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.  She was married to Robert Barclay Gaunt, son of Samuel Gaunt and Ann Horner, who is my 3rd cousin 4x removed.

Daisey Gaunt, daughter of William Allen Gaunt and Mary Ann Parrott, died April 19, 1932 at the age of about 58 in Peru, Miami County, Ohio.  She is my 3rd cousin 3x removed.

Baby Girl Render, daughter of Bertram Ruthledge Render and Ruth Schumeister, died April 19, 1946 at the age of less than one day in Ramsey County, Minnesota (above).  She is my 4th cousin on my Nowicki line through the Schumeisters.

Charles Cooper Stradling died April 19, 1966 at the age of 71 in Mount Holly, Burlington County, New Jersey, on his granddaughter Ruth Anne's birthday (above).  He was married to Anna Gauntt, daughter of Thomas Kirkland Gauntt and Jane Dunstan, who is my paternal grandmother.

William Daily Allen, Jr., son of William Daily Allen and Fannie Goldsboro Brown, died April 19, 1984 in Burlington County, New Jersey.  He is my 5th cousin on my Gauntt line through the Allens.

Carrie Florence Gauntt, daughter of Thomas Kirkland Gauntt and Jane Dunstan, died April 19, 1985 at the age of 88 in Burlington, Burlington County, New Jersey.  She is my grandaunt.

Samuel S. Schwartz, son of Joseph Schwartz (originally Scchweiduk) and Anna Ajzner, died April 19, 1993 at the age of about 86 in San Francisco, San Francisco County, California.  He is the 1st cousin once removed of my cousin Esther Garfinkel.

Mary Lou Jocelyn Bowen, daughter of Francis Maria Bowen and , died April 19, 2004 at the age of 65 in Port St. John, Brevard County, Florida.  She was my father's first wife and the mother of my half-sister Laurie Sellers.
