Events in My Family Tree: October 9

Paul and Joel are both 4th cousins to me through my Meckler family line and are 3rd cousins to each other.

Births

Harry Landell Brower, son of Peter Brower and Louisa L. Gaunt, was born October 9, 1889 in Chatsworth, Burlington County, New Jersey.  He is my 3rd cousin 2x removed via the Gaunts.

Richard James Wickham, son of Charles E. Wickham and Jane Lochrie, was born October 9, 1943 in Union County, New Jersey.  He is the 2nd cousin 1x removed of my half-sister Laura Sellers on her Bowen line through the Wickhams.

William Ralph Fowler, Jr. was born October 9, 1949 at Bremerhaven Army Post, Bremen, Germany.  He is my brother-in-law.

Donna Plotkin was born October 9, 1964.  She is the wife of Lee Levy, son of Charles Levy and Elaine Gordon, who is my 2nd cousin 1x removed via the Gordons.

Kevin Michael Gaunt was born October 9, 1981.  He is my 6th cousin.

Marriages

Steven Alan Schumeister, son of Hymen Samuel Schumeister and Freda Gene Grossman, and Judith Deborah Brand were married October 9, 1983 in Hennepin County, Minnesota.  Steve is my 4th cousin on my Nowicki line through the Schumeisters.

Paul Kushner, son of Benjamin Louis Kushner and Gladys Shindelman, and Linda Claire Cohen were married October 9, 1988 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  Paul is my 4th cousin on my Meckler line through the Kushners and is a very cool person.

Joel Edward Tennenhouse and Nancy Jones were also married October 9, 1988, but in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  And Joel is also my 4th cousin.

Deaths

Martha Ann Allen, daughter of Jacob Allen and Elizabeth Ann Gaunt, died October 9, 1932, probably in Burlington County, New Jersey, at the age of 72.  She is my 1st cousin 3x removed via the Gaunts.

Verling Milton Votaw, son of Joseph Willet Votaw and Florence E. Barnett, died October 9, 1986 in Fairfield, Butler County, Ohio at the age of 82.  He is my 4th cousin 2x removed on my Gauntt line through the Votaws.
