Caroline Estella Oler was born December 13, 1882 in Indiana.  She was married to James Edward Slentz, son of Ephraim Slentz and Zilpha Emily Gaunt, who is my 4th cousin 2x removed via the Gaunts.

Sam Brozovsky was born December 13, 1926 in Ottawa, Ontario Canada.  He was the husband of Ann Kardish, daughter of Dovid Kardish and Etta Gorodetsky, who is my 1st cousin 2x removed on my Gorodetsky line.

Nathanial Barker, son of Walter Barker and Carrie Bell Crawford, was born December 13, 1938 in Georgia, probably Muscogee County.  He is the 1st cousin 3x removed of my not-quite-cousin Angela Williams on her Crawford line.

Rhoda Brozovsky, daughter of Sam Brozovsky and Ann Kardish, was born December 13, 1954 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.  She is my 2nd cousin 1x removed on my Gorodetsky line through the Kardishes.

Alexis Ann Omichinski was born December 13, 1982.  She is my 4th cousin 1x removed.

Ian Elliot Kardish Levitan was born December 13, 1990.  He is my 3rd cousin.

Marriage

James Pharo, son of Gervais Farrow and Elizabeth Hawkesmore, and Ann Murfin, daughter of Robert Murfin, were married December 13, 1673 in Bawtry, Yorkshire, England.  They are my 8th-great-grandparents.

Deaths

Earl Morris Hutson, son of Bateman Hutson and Lorinda Brown, died December 13, 1947 in Brookston, White County, Indiana at the age of 57.  He is my 5th cousin 2x removed on my Gauntt line through the Hutsons.

Anna Tania Jakowsczyka, daughter of Aaron Samuel Jakowsczyk and Findla Nowinska (probably Nowicka), died December 13, 1980 in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida at the age of about 73.  She is probably related to me herself (possibly as a 1st cousin 3x removed), but she was the wife of William Socherman (originally Welwel Szocherman), son of Chanania Szocherman and Rojzla Perlmutter, who is my 2nd cousin 2x removed on my Nowicki line through the Perlmutters.

Sarah Clarice Higgins, daughter of Ervie Oscar Higgins and Elizabeth Opal Gaunt, died December 13, 2007 in California, possibly in Butte or Yuba County.  She is my 5th cousin 1x removed via the Gaunts.

Harry David Garfinkel, son of Morris Garfinkel and Mirka Ajzner, was also born October 3, 1927, but in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  He is my 3rd cousin 1x removed on my Meckler line through the Garfinkels.

Rufus Barker, son of Walter Barker and Carrie Bell Crawford, was born October 3, 1932 in Georgia, probably in Muscogee County.  He is the 1st cousin 2x removed of my not-quite-cousin Angela Williams.

Linda Berenoff, daughter of Julius Berenoff and Lillian Gordon, was born October 3, 1947, probably in New York.  She is my 2nd cousin 1x removed via the Gordons.

Marriages

Simon Lackowitz and Rose Gordon, daughter of David Gordon (originally Gorodetsky) and Freeda Alterman, were married October 3, 1936 in Brooklyn, Kings County, New York.  Rose is my 1st cousin 2x removed on my Gorodetsky line.

John Borkowski and Margaret Ann Allen, daughter of Elwood Allen and Wilma Darlene Givan, were married October 3, 1975, possibly in New Jersey.  Margaret is my 5th cousin 1x removed on my Gauntt line through the Allens.

Joseph Clyde Nielson and Dena Gayle Bassett, daughter of Charles Ronald Bassett and Tina Ruth Watson, were married October 3,1986 in Clark County, Nevada.  Dena is my 6th cousin on my Gauntt line through the Watsons.

Deaths

Margaret S. Scott died October 3, 1900 in Lumberton, Burlington County, New Jersey at the age of 46.  She was the wife of Hananiah Selah Gaunt, son of Hananiah Selah Gaunt and Abigail Atkinson, who is my great-great-granduncle.

Benjamin Gaunt, son of Benjamin Selah Gaunt and Hannah Ann Peters, died October 3, 1906 in Burlington County, New Jersey at the age of 67.  He is my half 1st cousin 3x removed via the Gaunts.

Norman H. Hoyer, son of Rollin Henry Hoyer and Bessie Floreen Schwier, died October 3, 1977, probably in Indiana at the age of 67.  He is my 6th cousin 1x removed on my Gauntt line via the Schwiers.

Sadie Garber, daughter of Zelig Garber and Ida Mekler, died October 3, 1988 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada at the age of 78.  She is my 2nd cousin 2x removed via the Meklers.

Aaron Nathaniel Baker, son of Michael David Baker, Sr. and Carol Sue Dunn, died October 3, 2005 in Cass County, Indiana at the age of 20.  He is my 2nd cousin 1x removed on my Gauntt line via the Dunns.

Still catching up to the past few dates of family events.  This is the first calendar date for which one of my relatives chose a birth date as a wedding date.  I know I have at least two more instances of this in my family, which will appear in June and December.  I wonder how many there will be by the end of the year?

William Franklin Sellers, son of William H. Sellers and Nancy L. Derr, was born January 19, 1860, possibly in Pennsylvania.  He is my 4th cousin 3x removed.

Austin Joseph Gaynor, son of John Francis Gaynor and Wally Mary Ruppert, was born January 19, 1910 in New Jersey.  He is the granduncle of my half-sister Laurie Sellers.

James Marshall Allen, son of Clarence Allen and Agnes Viola Ledger, was born January 19, 1931 in New Jersey.  He is my 5th cousin through my Gauntt line.

Susan Renee Bonifas, daughter of Joseph W. Bonifas and Delores Gilbert, was born January 19, 1952.  She is my 6th cousin once removed through my Gauntt line.

Blaze Vinton Alexander, son of Phillip Charles Alexander and Jessie Ozley Easlick, was born January 19, 1956 in Mount Holly, Burlington County, New Jersey.  He is my 4th cousin once removed on my Gauntt line via the Easlicks.

Onix Casas was born January 19, 1968 in Habana, Cuba.  She is my 4th cousin once removed through my Nowicki line.

Rachel Shifra Birnboim was born January 19, 1976 in Albany, Albany County, New York.  She is my 4th cousin through my Meckler line.

Gail Kardish was born January 19, 1979 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.  She is my 3rd cousin through my Gorodetsky line.

Baby Boy Sellers was born January 19, 1981 in Manhattan, New York County, New York.  He is my nephew.

Don Leo McStroul, son of Leo Martin McStroul and Edith , and Laurielyn Mackenzie Kilgour were married on January 19, 1980, possibly in Oregon.  He is the brother of my aunt Mary McStroul.

Onix Casas

Jorge Luis Moreno and Onix Casas were married on January 19, 1991, possibly in Habana, Cuba.  Onix, who chose her birthday (see above) for her wedding date, is still my 4th cousin once removed.

William Oliver Gauntt, Jr. and Tammy Sue Copeland were married on January 19, 1991 in DeSoto County, Florida.  He is my 2nd cousin.

Jason Dale Preisner and Tawnee Jessica Wolford were marrked on January 19, 2003 in Oroville, Butte County, California.  He is the nephew of my aunt Mary McStroul.

Deaths

Lillie Sellers, daughter of Samuel Sellers and Elizabeth Barton, died January 19, 1880 at the age of almost 7 in Allen or Auglaize County, Ohio.  She is my 4th cousin 3x removed.

Nathaniel Barker, son of Walter Barker and Carrie Bell Crawford, died January 19, 1967 at the age of 28 in Upson County, Georgia.  He is the 1st cousin 2x removed of my not-quite-cousin Angela Williams.

Anna Gauntt

Anna Gauntt, daughter of James Kirkland Gauntt and Jane Dunstan, died January 19, 1986 at the age of 93 in Lindstrom, Chisago County, Minnesota.  She is my paternal grandmother.

Earl Forrest Phillips, son of Cecil Thurman Phillips and Martha Ann Surran, died January 19, 2009 at the age of 57 in Lawrenceburg, Anderson County, Kentucky.  He is my 4th cousin through my Gauntt line.
