Because Anna Marshall Gauntt and Benjamin Franklin Gaunt were both my 3rd cousin 4x removed, I checked to see how they were related to each other and discovered they were 2nd cousins.

Eveline Stokes Githens, daughter of Thomas Githens and Mary Gaunt, was born October 24, 1828 in New Jersey, possibly in Camden County.  She is my 2nd cousin 4x removed via the Gaunts.

John A. Gaunt, son of Hananiah Selah Gaunt and Abigail Atkinson, was born October 24, 1848 in New Jersey, probably in Burlington County.  He is my great-great-granduncle.

Viola Votaw, daughter of Daniel W. Votaw and Louisa Gaunt, was born October 24, 1875 in Wabash County, Indiana.  She is my 3rd cousin 3x removed via the Gaunts.

Ervie Oscar Higgins was born October 24, 1889 in McKenzie, Carroll County, Tennessee.  He was the husband of Elizabeth Opal Gaunt, daughter of Charles Edward Gaunt and Sarah Malinda Kennedy, who is my 4th cousin 2x removed via the Gaunts.

David Halbrich was born October 24, 1950 in Haifa, Israel.  He is the husband of Gail Madelaine Garfield, daughter of Harry David Garfield (originally Garfinkel) and Susan Loffler, who is my 4th cousin on my Meckler line through the Garfinkels.

Shira Rebecca Lerner was born October 24, 1989.  She is my 4th cousin 1x removed.

Elliott Kushner, son of George Kushner and Ruth Rebecca Segal, and Leslie Ellen Shear were married October 24, 1975 in Los Angeles County, California.  Elliott is my 4th cousin on my Meckler line through the Kushners.

Frederick John Collier and Nancy Patrice Rudin, daughter of Raymond Harold Rudin and Ruth Garfinkel, were married October 24, 1980 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.  Nancy is my 4th cousin on my Meckler line via the Garfinkels.

John Oren Clark, son of Gilbert Lewis Clark and Helen Opal Abbott, and Nora Joan Cushing were married October 24, 1981 in Ohio, probably in Montgomery or Clermont County.  John is my 5th cousin 1x removed on my Gauntt line through the Clarks.

Bradley Owen Walker and Rebecca Ann Stachler were married October 24, 2003 in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana.  Bradley is my 7th cousin.

Deaths

Phoebe Gaunt, daughter of John Gaunt and Jean Satterthwaite, died October 24, 1811 in Mount Holly, Burlington County, New Jersey at the age of 34.  She is my 1st cousin 6x removed via the Gaunts.

Anna Marshall Gauntt, daughter of Dellaplain Gauntt and Mary Isaac, died October 24, 1892 in Chester, Orange County, New York at the age of 41.  She is my 3rd cousin 4x removed on my Gauntt line.

Benjamin Franklin Gaunt, son of Samuel Gaunt, Jr. and Ann Horner, died October 24, 1906 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania at the age of 66.  He is also my 3rd cousin 4x removed via the Gaunts.

Wayne Earl Gaunt, son of Clarence Meridith Gaunt and Mary Grace Stewart, was born August 8, 1921 in Kern County, Califorina.  He is also my 4th cousin 2x removed via the Gaunts.

Linda Louise Gaunt, daughter of Burman J. Gaunt and Gretchen K. C. Hopman, was born August 8, 1949 in Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana.  She is my 6th cousin via the Gaunts.

Richard Frank Gaynor, son of Francis John Gaynor and Eileen Evelyn Mullaney, was born August 8, 1951 in Newark, Essex County, New Jersey.  He is the half 1st cousin once removed of my half-sister Laura Sellers.

Mack Anthony Sherman, son of Warren Sheward Sherman and Merle Gaunt, was born August 8, 1952, probably in Jay County, Indiana.  He is my 6th cousin via the Gaunts.

Patricia Eileen Guy, daughter of William Thomas Guy and Patricia Claire Gauntt, was born August 8, 1954, possibly in Pennsylvania.  She is my 5th cousin once removed on my Gauntt line.

Brent Robert Herendeen was born August 8, 1983.  He is my 6th cousin.

Morris Garfinkel, son of Yikusee'ael Koifman Gorfinkel and Sora Rivka Mekler, and Mirka Ajzner were married August 8, 1926 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  Morris is my 2nd cousin 2x removed via the Meklers and the father of my dear cousin Esther Garfinkel.

John Bernard Boyle and Janet Elaine Perlman, daughter of Morton Eli Perlman and Doris Bash, were married August 8, 1972 in St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada.  Janet is my 2nd cousin once removed on my Meckler line through the Perlmans.

Mitchell Lloyd Rubenstein and Gayle Gabrielle Lederman, daughter of Donald Lawrence Lederman and Miriam Jaffe, were married August 8, 1987 in Marlboro, Monmouth County, New Jersey.  Gayle is my 2nd cousin once removed on my Gorodetsky line through the Ledermans.

Deaths

Joseph Mulliner died August 8, 1781 in Burlington, Burlington County, New Jersey at the age of about 51.  He is the brother of Moses Mulliner, my 5th-great-grandfather, and therefore my 5th-great-granduncle.

Rebecah Gaunt, daughter of Reuben T. Gaunt and Hannah Lewallen, died August 8, 1819, most likely in New Jersey.  She is my 1st cousin 4x removed via the Gaunts.

Elizabeth Ada Gaunt, daughter of Joseph L. Gaunt and Rebecca Elizabeth Coverly, died August 8, 1924, possibly in New Jersey, at the age of 21.  She is my 4th cousin once removed via the Gaunts.

John Robert Eckman, son of John Eckman and Martha Johnson Atkinson, died August 8, 1954 in Mount Holly, Burlington County, New Jersey at the age of 56.  He is the paternal grandfather of my half 1st cousin Albert Lore.

William E. Gaunt, son of Ner Gaunt and Elizabeth C. Miller, died August 8, 1957 in Frankfort, Clinton County, Indiana at the age of 84.  He is my 3rd cousin 3x removed via the Gaunts.

Kenneth David Allen, son of Elwood Allen and Wilma Darlene Givan, was born May 5, 1951, possibly in New Jersey.  He is my 5th cousin once removed on my Gauntt line through the Allens.

Beecher Fox and Laura Sellers, daughter of Samuel Sellers and Elizabeth Barton, were married on May 5, 1895 in Auglaize County, Ohio.  Laura is my 4th cousin 3x removed, and also the same for my half-sister, Laurie (which is really Laura) Sellers.

Joseph Carol Cox and Loretta Lucas, daughter of Cecil Deacon Lucas and Nora Elizabeth Eckman, were married on May 5, 1956 in Pemberton, Burlington County, New Jersey.  Loretta is the 1st cousin once removed of my 1st cousin Albert Lore.

William Oliver Gauntt, son of Thomas Franklin Gauntt and Anna Marie Stayton, and Barbara McQuira were married on May 5, 1975 in Pinellas County, Florida.  William is my 1st cousin once removed.

Paul Gary Bregman and Rhoda Brozovsky, daughter of Sam Brozovsky and Ann Kardish, were married on May 5, 1976 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.  Rhoda is my 2nd cousin once removed on my Gorodetsky line through the Kardishes.
