Twins Harvey Joseph and Jennie Gaunt, children of Charles H. Gaunt and Mary Emma Berry, were born April 11, 1895 in Camden County, New Jersey.  They are my 1st cousins 2x removed.

Clifford Barclay Townsend was born April 11, 1906 in New Jersey, probably in Burlington County.  He was married to Beatrice Fannie Allen, daughter of William Daily Allen and Fannie Goldsboro Brown, who is my 5th cousin on my Gauntt line through the Allens.

Alfred Charles Gaunt, son of Charles Clark Gaunt and Louise F. Stoner, was born April 11, 1914 in Kings County, Califonria.  He is my 4th cousin 2x removed.

Alexander Gordon, son of Joe Gordon (originally Gorodetsky) and Sarah Libby Brainin, was born April 11, 1917 in Manhattan, New York County, New York.  He is my maternal granduncle.

Leslie Gantt Baumgart, daughter of August K. Baumgart and Ruth Edna Gantt, was born April 11, 1918 in Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska.  She is my 4th cousin 2x removed via the Gantts.

Aviva Zelda Leonard, daughter of Louis Mark Leonard and Elsie Meckler, was born April 11, 1950 in Hollywood (Los Angeles), Los Angeles County, California.  She is my 1st cousin once removed via the Mecklers.

Kent Morris Baldwin, son of William Lewis Baldwin and Bette McNear, was born April 11, 1954 in Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.  He is my 5th cousin once removed on my Gauntt line through the Baldwins.

Megan Elizabeth Downey was born April 11, 1981.  She is my 5th cousin 2x removed on my Gauntt line.

Eryn Elizabeth Dunn was born April 11, 2001 in Batavia, Genesee County, New York.  She is my 2nd cousin once removed on my Gauntt line.

Marriage

William Socherman (originally Szocherman), son of Chanania Szocherman and Rojzla Perlmutter, and Clara Calicer were married on April 11, 1983 in Dade County, Florida.  William is my 3rd cousin once removed on my Nowicki line through the Perlmutters.

Deaths

Elizabeth H. Gaunt, daughter of Uz Gaunt and Sarah Ann Whitacre, died April 11, 1923 at the age of 81 in Peru, Miami County, Indiana.  She is my 2nd cousin 4x removed.

Phoebe Elizabeth Votaw, daughter of Daniel W. Votaw and Louisa Gaunt, died April 11, 1967 at the age of 81 in Wabash County, Indiana.  She is my 3rd cousin 3x removed via the Gaunts.

Elizabeth/Edith Jane Gaunt, daughter of James Knox Polk Gaunt and Sarah Naomi Boone, died April 11, 1976 at the age of 89 in Hanford, Kings County, California.  She is my 3rd cousin 3x removed.

Harvey Joseph Gaunt, son of Charles H. Gaunt and Mary Emma Berry, died April 11, 1979 at the age of 83 on his birthday, possibly in Arlington, Virginia.  He is my 1st cousin 2x removed.

Susie Lee Adams, daughter of Alma Adams, died April 11, 2002 at the age of about 90 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio.  She is the grandmother of my not-quite-cousin Angela Williams.

Harold Yngber, son of Jose Yngber and Ida Jakowszycka, died April 11, 2007 at the age of 64.  Ida is probably my cousin on my Nowicki line.

Mildred Alice Sellers, daughter of Bertram Lynn Sellers and Elizabeth Leatherberry Sundermeier, died April 11, 2016 at the age of 88 in Henderson, Clark County, Nevada.  She is my paternal aunt.

Daniel Leon Easlick, son of Allen Severs Easlick and Mary E. Shemeley, was born March 12, 1889 in New Jersey.  He is my 3rd cousin once removed on my Gaunt line through the Easlicks.

Frances Elizabeth Luckscheider, daughter of Louis Christian Luckscheider and Eva Florence Sellers, was born March 12, 1903, probably in Pennsylvania.  She is my 5th cousin once removed via the Sellerses.

Helen Marie Gorsky was born March 12, 1905 in Whippany, Morris County, New Jersey.  She was married to Horace Samuel Eckman, who is the granduncle of my 1st cousin Albert Lore.

Charles Barton Dubell was born March 12, 1911.  He was married to Myrtle Lydia Allen, daughter of William Daily Allen and Fannie Goldsboro Brown, who is my 5th cousin on my Gauntt line through the Allens.

Richard Perlman, son of Rubin Perlman and Miriam Kramer, was born March 12, 1938 in Brooklyn, Kings County, New York.  He is my 2nd cousin once removed on my Nowicki line through the Perlmans.

Wayne Patrick Overlin was born March 12, 1970 in West Covina, Los Angeles County, California.  He is my 6th cousin on my Gauntt line.

Kenneth Meraw was born March 12, 1977.  He is my 2nd cousin once removed on my Sellers line.

Samuel Gaunt, son of John Gaunt and Jean Satterthwaite, and Achsah Taylor were married on March 12, 1794, probably in New Jersey.  Samuel is my 1st cousin 2x removed.

Harry Herman Meckler, son of Moishe Meckler and Mushe Zelda Nowicki, and Margaret Hitz were married on March 12, 1946 in Brooklyn, Kings County, New York.  Harry is my maternal granduncle.

Benjamin Franklin Long, son of David Long and Margaret Mock, died March 12, 1849 at the age of 3 in Knox County, Ohio.  He is my 4th cousin 4x removed via the Mocks.

Nancy Holsinger, daughter of John Holsinger and Elizabeth Mack, died March 12, 1889 at the age of 79, possibly in Pennsylvania.  She is my 2nd cousin 5x removed via the Macks.

John Wesley Mock, son of Jacob Mock and Sarah Van Anda, died March 12, 1912 at the age of 64 in Josephine County, Oregon.  He is my 4th cousin 4x removed.

Elizabeth Heath, daughter of Henry Heath and Eliza Bullock, died March 12, 1929 at the age of 77, probably in Warren County, New York.  She is the great-grandaunt of my aunt Mary McStroul.

Mary Frances Sellers, daughter of Peter Franklin Sellers and Rachel Godshalk, was born February 21, 1853 in Norristown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.  She is my great-great-grandaunt.

Dorothy Simcox, daughter of Russell Simcox and Eleanor Malinda Eckman, was born February 21, 1925 in New Jersey, probably in Burlington County.  She is the 1st cousin once removed of my 1st cousin Albert Lore.

John Howard Bauer, son of John L. Bauer and Elizabeth E. Moore, was born February 21, 1941 in Mount Holly, Burlington County, New Jersey.  He is my 2nd cousin once removed on my Owen line through the Moores.

Abby Jennifer Bernstein was born February 21, 1968 in New York.  She is my 2nd cousin once removed on my Gordon line.

Jordan Taylor Ortiz was born February 21, 1995 in Huntington, Suffolk County, New York.  He is my 3rd cousin on my Gordon line.

Deaths

Mary Kinsey died February 21, 1825 at the age of 56, probably in New Jersey.  She was married to John Gaunt, son of Joseph Gaunt and Elizabeth Borton, who is my 4th-great-granduncle.

Enoch A. Gaunt, son of Benjamin Selah Gaunt and Hannah Ann Peters, died February 21, 1849 at the age of 2 days, probably in New Jersey.  He is my 1st cousin 3x removed.

Catherine Fisher died February 21, 1877 at the age of 87 in Hainesport, Burlington County, New Jersey.  She was married to John Fox, son of Emanuel Fox and Anna Margarethe Mack, who is my 4th-great-grandfather.

Paul B. Lavin died February 21, 1964 at the age of 2 months, probably in Montclair County, New Jersey.  He is the second cousin of my half-sister Laurie Sellers.

Alvin Irwin Moss was born February 12, 1933 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  He was married to Claire Rochelle Garfinkel, daughter of Jack Garfinkel and Martha Freedman, who is my 3rd cousin once removed on my Meckler line through the Garfinkels.

Sheila Elaine Gaunt, daughter of James Earl Gaunt and Helen Burbank, was born February 12, 1946.  She is my 5th cousin once removed.

Edward Mervin Allen was born February 12, 1971.  He is my 5th cousin 2x removed on my Gauntt line.

George Heath and Martha Sturt were married on February 12, 1771 in Godalming, Surrey, England.  They are the 4th-great-grandparents of my aunt Mary McStroul.

James Wesley White and Phoebe Gaunt, daughter of Isaac Gaunt and Susannah Webb, were married on February 12, 1846.  Phoebe is my 1st cousin 4x removed.

Elmer Boone Gaunt, son of James Knox Polk Gaunt and Sarah Naomi Boone, and Edna White were married on February 12, 1903.  Elmer is my 3rd cousin 3x removed.

According to Wikipedia, the earliest recorded mention of February 2 as Groundhog Day was in an 1840 entry in a diary, so it's possible that some of these relatives observed the day, particularly those with Pennsylvania German ancestry, such as the Macks.

Until today I had not realized that my half-sister and I each have a grandmother with a birth date of January 14.  In fact, my paternal grandmother is also her paternal grandmother, because we have the same father.  So both of her grandmothers were born on January 14!

Frances Pollack, daughter of Isaac Pollack and Bessie Brainin, was born January 7, 1921, probably in Manhattan, New York County, New York.   She is my 1st cousin 2x removed through the Brainins.

Max Szocherman, son of Velvel Szocherman and Tania Jakowszycka, was born about January 7, 1935 in Habana, Cuba.  He is my 4th cousin on my Nowicki line through the Szochermans.

Marcia Ellen Steward, daughter of Warren Riley Steward and Alice L. Gaunt, was born January 7, 1946.  She is my 5th cousin once removed through the Gaunts.

Crystal Fryer was born January 7, 1984.  She is my 5th cousin 2x removed on my Gauntt line.

Elana Kardish Levitan was born January 7, 1985 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.  She is my 3rd cousin on my Gorodetsky line.

Mark Lewallen Gauntt and Rhoda Ewing were married on January 7, 1881, possibly in Burlington County, New Jersey.  He is my 2nd cousin 3x removed.

Mark Lewallen Gauntt, Jr. and May Ethel Lake were married on January 7, 1914 in Moorestown, Burlington County, New Jersey.  He is the son of the above-mentioned Mark Lewallen Gauntt and my 3rd cousin 2x removed.

Deaths

Lydia A. Long, daughter of David Long and Margaret Mock, died January 7, 1855 at the age of 20 in Knox County, Ohio.  She is my 4th cousin 4x removed on my Sellers line through the Mocks.
