Whereas February 28 was the day of the Sellerses, March 1 appears to be Gauntt day, with six Gauntt events appearing.  The Sellerses still managed to appear three times.

Samuel Ferguson Sellers, son of Samuel G. Sellers and Anna C. Ferguson, was born March 1, 1873 in Pennsylvania.  He is my 4th cousin 3x removed.

Mervin Gauntt Allen, son of John Murdock Allen and Katherine Housell Space, was born March 1, 1918 in Bordentown, Burlington County, New Jersey.  He is my 5th cousin on my Gauntt line through the Allens.

Nancy Khol Hitt was born March 1, 1948.  She was married to David Abbott Clark, son of Gilbert Lewis Clark and Helen O. Abbott, who is my 5th cousin once removed on my Gauntt line through the Clarks.

Carol Roberta Rudin, daughter of Raymond Harold Rudin and Ruth Garfinkel, was born March 1, 1956 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.  She is my 4th cousin on my Meckler line through the Garfinkels.

Scott Wayne Morgan was born March 1, 1975.  He is my 6th cousin on my Gauntt line.

Forrest Ronald Appleton II was born March 1, 1982 in Los Angeles County, California.  He is my 1st 2x removed on my Gauntt line.

Marriage

Lee Levy, son of Charles Levy and Elaine Gordon, and Donna Plotkin were married on March 1, 1992, possibly in New York.  Lee is my 2nd cousin once removed via the Gordons.

Deaths

John W. Gaunt, son of Uz Gaunt and Sarah Ann Whitacre, died March 1, 1865 at the age of 28, probably in Ohio or Indiana.  He is my 2nd cousin 4x removed.

Lavinia Coppelberger died March 1, 1904 at the age of 82, possibly in Telford Borough, Bucks or Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.  She was married to Alexander Sellers, son of Peter Sellers and Susanna, who is my 2nd cousin 4x removed.

Lavina Danner died March 1, 1919 at the age of about 74 in Duchouquet Township, Auglaize County, Ohio.  She was married to Henry Sellers, son of John Leonard Sellers and Elizabeth Wenger, who is my 3rd cousin 4x removed.

Edna Wright died March 3, 1943 at the age of 61 in Los Angeles County, California.  She was married to Elmer Boone Gaunt, son of James Knox Polk Gaunt and Sarah Naomi Boone, who is my 3rd cousin 3x removed.

Sam Schneiderman, son of Joine Schneiderman and Anna Ida, died March 1, 1964 at the age of about 88 in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida.  He is my 2nd-great-granduncle.

January 10 was a busy day for my family, with several events.  I remember researching Paulding Foote Sellers and his family.  He named his son Paulding Foote Sellers, Jr.

Agnes Mack, daughter of Jacob Mack and Nancy Moser, was born January 10, 1797 in Browns Run, Fayette County, Pennsylvania.  She is my 2nd cousin 5x removed.

Lavinia Coppelberger was born January 10, 1822.  She was married to Alexander Sellers, son of Peter Sellers and Susanna, who is my 2nd cousin 4x removed.

Lillie L. Fuller, daughter of Joseph L. Fuller and Sarah R. Weaver, was born January 10, 1892 in Stony Creek, Warren County, New York.  She is the grandaunt of my aunt Mary McStroul.

William Thomas Spencer III, son of William Thomas Spencer, Jr. and Jeanette E. Hudson, was born January 10, 1953.  He is my 5th cousin once removed through my Gauntt line.

Andrew David Perlman was born January 10, 1979 in Falls Church, Fairfax County, Virginia.  He is my 3rd cousin through my Nowicki line.

Teresa Andrea Barrionuevo Persoff was also born January 10, 1979, but in Sevilla, Spain.  She is my 3rd cousin once removed through the Schneidermans.

Amanda Lynn Gordon was born January 10, 1990 in Yolo County, California.  She is also my 3rd cousin.

John Thomas Wickham was born January 10, 1997.  He is the 3rd cousin once removed of my half-sister Laurie.

Marriages

Henry H. Gaunt and Sarah Allison were married on January 10, 1898 in Medford, Burlington County, New Jersey.  Henry, son of Hananiah Selah Gaunt and Margaret S. Scott, is my 1st cousin 3x removed.

Paulding Foote Sellers and Helen Christy Clubb were married on January 10, 1906 in the city of St. Louis, Missouri.  Paulding, son of Edwin Elias Sellers and Olive Lay Foote, is my 4th cousin 3x removed.

Russell Allen and Doris Smith were married on January 10, 1981.  Russell, son of Joseph Russell Allen and Jean Kumple, is my 5th cousin once removed via my Gauntt line.

Deaths

Rachel died January 10, 1846 in Evesham Township, Burlington County, New Jersey.  She was married to Moses Gaunt, son of Hananiah Gaunt and Rebecca Mulliner, who is my 3rd great-granduncle.

Ann Gaunt, daughter of John Gaunt and Elizabeth Kirby, died January 10, 1875 at the age of 56.  She is my 3rd cousin 4x removed.

Sallie C. died January 10, 1885 at the age of about 28 in Camden, Camden County, New Jersey.  She was married to Joseph W. Sellers, son of Robert B. Sellers and Rebecca L. M. Wayne, who is my 1st cousin 4x removed.

Alfred T. Githens, son of Thomas Githens and Mary Gaunt, died January 10, 1901 at the age of 81, probably in New Jersey.  He is my 2nd cousin 4x removed.

Susan E. Gaunt, daughter of Hananiah Selah Gaunt and Margaret S. Scott, died January 10, 1903 at the age of 18.  She is my 1st cousin 3x removed.

Edward Page Vogels died January 10, 1918 at the age of 62 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.  He was married to Anna Frances Sellers, daughter of David Wampole Sellers and Anna Frances Jaquett, who is my 4th cousin 3x removed.

Edith Knaz died January 10, 1972 at the age of 65 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  She was the second wife of Morris Garfinkel, son of Yikusee'ael Koifman Gorfinkel and Sora Rivka Mekler, who is my 2nd cousin 2x removed.

Elsie Berezniak, daughter of Sam Berezniak and Anna Perlman, died January 10, 2003 at the age of 76 in Manhattan, New York County, New York.  She is my 3rd cousin once removed.  I really wanted to have a photo of Elsie, but she wouldn't let me take one when I met her.
